Danielle started teaching at Fatcat in 2011 and shares her love and enthusiasm for ballroom dancing with each student, remembering to always keep it fun and memorable.

Danielle began ballroom dancing class at Paradise Valley Community College. She loved the variety and different styles of dance, and after visiting several studios, she found a home at Fatcat’s. Visiting often, she soon joined Fatcat’s Arizona Ballroom Teachers Academy. Since then she has been enjoying and learning all there is to know about the world of ballroom dancing, with the fun and enthusiastic staff members and fellow AZBTA students.

Soon, Danielle began competing and loved every bit of it. She plans to continue competing in future ballroom competitions to come. The motto Danielle likes to remember and share with her students is, “Keep dancing, and don’t ever stop…no matter where life takes you.”

helenHelen

  • Arizona Ballroom Teachers Academy student
  • "Go To Gal"
  • Fatcat's photographer

Helen has been a Fatcat dancer since the day Terry opened the doors.  Her first encounter with ballroom dancing had her hooked and she just cannot seem to get enough dancing in!  Her non-dancing time is filled with a professional job that keeps her traveling throughout the Southwest.

Helen’s dancing passion has led her to be a part of the studio as a student, an participant of the AZB program for silver/gold, a competition dancer and the studio’s own personal photographer.  It is hard to catch her without her camera, keeping Fatcat in plenty of pictures, (take a look at the gallery!).  Additionally, she always has a dance for newcomers and first time dancers.  She is rarely without a smile and positive attitude that she shares with everyone!
